im losing weight these days. i can feel it. my fainting days are back, plus the cold sweating and dizziness.
dont have appetite for the whole day again. waiting for tomorrow when penny would phsyco me into eating.. i hate not having appetite and just waiting for the faint feeling in the late afternoon later. i hate looking at great food and just feeling sick. my ex favourite food shilin mee sua is just a plain bowl of noodles to me now. i feel like vomitting when i think of it.

i seriously think im getting anorexia.

plus, ive been having sleepless night for the past few weeks. cant sleep at all. would be walking around in the dark all night long. alcohol doesnt seem to do the trick :( alan introduced to me a tea called chamomile or sth. maybe i shld give it a try..
