i called singapore airlines to ask abt my flight details cause i have no idea what time its at though its only a few days away

the guy who picked up was SUPER POLITE.. he ended every single sentence with 'Mdm'

'thank you mdm'
'i'll help you check mdm'
'thanks for your patience mdm'
'may i please have your DOB mdm'
'is there anything else i can help you in mdm?'
etc etc

lol
and he helped me settle EVERYTHING. included my seating(nice window seat at front 3rd row!! whee)and even my meals.. lols!!!
so efficient!!!

but he gave me a booking confirmation number which the website said didnt exist when i tried logging on to SA
